The winter in the Tokachi district of Hokkaido is very cold, and the scenery of severe cold is spreading. Early on the rim of the Tokachi River, thin ice stretches and the ducks awake. When the sun rises, the river fog froze in the sky. It is the Ice Fog that we call "KEARASHI": 毛嵐.
